Kimberly MogillA licensed occupational therapist with a master’s degree and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) credential, Kimberly has spent over 10 years helping adults and older clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. Her background in geriatric care and rehabilitation uniquely positions her to guide clients through the nuances of home modifications that support long-term livability.
Originally from Charlotte and now based in Alabama, Kimberly specializes in designing spaces that enhance mobility, safety, and day-to-day function—without sacrificing warmth or style. Her perspective is both clinical and deeply personal, shaped by her role as a wife and mother of two young daughters. She believes the best place to age is right where you are—and she’s committed to making that possible through thoughtful, personalized design solutions that feel as good as they function.
With a degree in Interior Design and Business Marketing from Texas Tech University, Jill has spent her career exploring nearly every facet of the design world, from luxury residences and model homes to inviting lounges and multifamily amenity spaces. At Modern by Miles, Joslin brings creativity, enthusiasm, and an appreciation for purposeful design, helping create homes that are as functional as they are beautiful. Originally from Caldwell, Idaho, she now lives in Hoover, Alabama, with her husband and their two cats.
